Setting Up Your First Product in Konfiwear
By the end of this guide, you'll have a fully configured product ready for your customers to customize in the 3D customizer — complete with assets, pricing, sizes, and a live 3D preview.
Before You Begin
Make sure you have the following ready:
An active Konfiwear account with admin or owner access
A product thumbnail image (PNG or JPEG, recommended 800×800px or higher)
A 3D model file in GLB format (if available — you can add this later)
Your pricing structure (quantity tiers and per-unit prices)
Your size run (which sizes you offer for this product)
⚠️ Important: Your plan determines the maximum number of active products you can maintain. Check your plan limits under Settings → Billing before adding new products.

Troubleshooting
The 3D preview shows a placeholder icon instead of my model Confirm that you uploaded a .glb file (not .gltf or another format) in the Assets card. Refresh the page after upload completes.
My product doesn't appear in the customizer Check that the Enabled toggle is set to on. Also verify that the product's category matches a category visible in your customizer settings.
Asset upload fails or hangs Ensure your file meets the size and format requirements. If the issue persists, check that your browser allows pop-ups and redirects from the Konfiwear domain. Contact support if the problem continues.
💡 Tip: If you're still experiencing issues, contact our support team at support@konfiwear.com or use the live chat in your dashboard.
