Connecting Shopify to Konfiwear
The Shopify integration lets your customers add customized garments directly to their Shopify cart from the Konfiwear customizer, check out through Shopify's native checkout, and have orders flow back as quotes in your Konfiwear dashboard.
What It Enables
Add to Cart — Customers configure a product in the 3D customizer and add it to their Shopify cart with all customization details attached as line item attributes
Shopify Checkout — Orders complete through Shopify's native checkout flow, including payment processing
Order-to-Quote Pipeline — When a Shopify order is placed, Konfiwear automatically creates a quote group with all design details, sizes, and pricing
Product Sync — Push Konfiwear products to your Shopify store or map existing Shopify products to Konfiwear products
"Customize Now" Button — A script tag injects a customization button on your Shopify storefront that links to the Konfiwear customizer
How to Connect
Navigate to Settings → Integrations
Find the Shopify card and click Connect
Enter your Shopify store domain (e.g.,
your-store.myshopify.com)You'll be redirected to Shopify to approve the app permissions
After approval, Shopify redirects back to Konfiwear and the connection is established
⚠️ Important: You need admin access to both your Konfiwear account and your Shopify store to complete the connection.
After Connecting
Once connected, Konfiwear automatically:
Registers webhooks for order creation, product updates, and app uninstall events
Injects a storefront script tag for the "Customize Now" button
Runs an initial product catalog sync
Stores your Admin API and Storefront API credentials securely
Set your CTA mode to Cart under Settings → Global → Call to Action to enable the "Add to Cart" button in the customizer.

💡 Tip: After connecting, map your Konfiwear products to Shopify variants in the product detail page under the Shopify mapping section. Unmapped products won't have the "Add to Cart" option available.
