Size Run Setup
Your size run defines which sizes are available for each product. When customers configure a design in the customizer, they select sizes from this list and specify quantities per size for their order.
Before You Begin
Make sure you have:
An existing product in your account (see Product Setup Guide)
Your size range decided (which size codes you offer for this product)
⚠️ Important: Sizes are configured per product. If you sell hoodies in S–3XL but polos only in S–XL, configure each product's size run independently.
Setup Instructions
1. Open the product detail page
Navigate to Products from the sidebar and click the product you want to configure sizes for.
2. Locate the Sizes card
Find the Sizes card in the right column of the product detail page. If no sizes are configured, the card shows an empty state.

3. Click Add size
Click the Add size link to open the size creation dialog.
4. Enter the size code
Type the size code in the input field. Use standard apparel sizing codes.
Common size codes:
Code | Description |
Extra Small
Small
Medium
Large
Extra Large
Double Extra Large
Triple Extra Large
You can also use numeric sizing (6, 8, 10, 12) or any custom code that matches your production workflow.
5. Confirm the size
Click Confirm to add the size. It appears as a row in the Sizes card.
6. Repeat for all sizes
Add each size in your range one at a time. The sizes appear in the order they were added.

💡 Tip: Add sizes in the order you want them displayed (e.g., XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL). This is the order customers see when selecting sizes.
Removing a Size
To remove a size you no longer offer:
Click the dropdown menu on the size row
Select Remove
Confirm the deletion
⚠️ Important: Removing a size also removes its associated per-size pattern SVG (if one was uploaded). This cannot be undone.
Per-Size Pattern SVGs
Each size can optionally have a 2D sewing pattern SVG attached. These are production assets — the print-ready cutting patterns that vary by garment size. For full details, see the dedicated Per-Size Pattern SVGs guide.
When a per-size SVG is uploaded, the size row in the Sizes card shows an indicator confirming the file is attached.
How Sizes Work in the Customizer
When a customer opens the customizer for a product:
They see the list of available sizes defined in the Sizes card
They select which sizes they need and enter a quantity for each
The total quantity across all sizes determines which pricing tier applies
The size breakdown is included in the submitted quote request
Verify It Works
After adding your sizes:
Confirm all sizes appear in the Sizes card on the product detail page
If the product is enabled, open the customizer and verify the size selector shows the correct options
Submit a test quote to confirm size quantities are captured correctly
✅ Done! Your size run is configured. Customers can now select sizes and quantities when customizing this product.
Troubleshooting
Sizes don't appear in the customizer Verify that the product is enabled and that you've added at least one size. Refresh the customizer page after making changes.
Wrong size order Sizes display in the order they were added. To reorder, you may need to remove and re-add sizes in the desired sequence.
Duplicate size codes Each size code must be unique within a product. If you get an error, check for existing entries with the same code.
