Connecting Zoho CRM to Konfiwear

The Zoho CRM integration syncs your Konfiwear quote data and customer information directly into your Zoho CRM pipeline, giving your sales team visibility into every customization request without leaving their CRM.


What It Enables

  • Quote-to-Lead Sync — When a customer submits a quote request, their contact information and order details can be pushed to Zoho CRM as a lead or deal

  • Customer Tracking — Keep your sales pipeline updated with customization requests, quote status changes, and order values

  • Centralized Follow-Up — Your sales team manages follow-ups in Zoho CRM while the production team works from the Konfiwear dashboard


How to Connect

  1. Navigate to Settings → Integrations

  2. Find the Zoho CRM card and click Connect

  3. Authenticate with your Zoho account credentials

  4. Grant Konfiwear the necessary permissions to create and update records in your CRM

  5. Configure the field mapping to match your Zoho CRM pipeline structure

⚠️ Important: You need admin access to your Zoho CRM account to authorize the connection and configure field mappings.

💡 Tip: Konfiwear uses Zoho CRM's standard API field names (e.g., ICP_Score, Intent, Recommended_Action) — no __c suffixes like Salesforce.
