Connecting Brevo to Konfiwear

What It Enables

• Transactional Emails — Automated emails sent when quote events occur (submission confirmation, status changes, production updates)

• Quote Notifications — Configurable email templates for each stage of the quote pipeline (confirmed, in production, completed)

• Marketing Campaigns — Add customizer users and quote contacts to Brevo lists for follow-up email campaigns

• Custom SMTP — Use Brevo as your SMTP provider for all outgoing Konfiwear emails, ensuring deliverability and brand consistency

How to Connect

1. Navigate to Settings → Integrations

2. Find the Brevo card and click Connect

3. Enter your Brevo API Key (found in Brevo → Settings → SMTP & API → API Keys)

4. Click Save

⚠️ Important: Use a Brevo API key with transactional email permissions. If you also want marketing list management, ensure the key has the appropriate contact management scopes.

Configuring Email Notifications

After connecting Brevo, configure your quote notification emails under Settings → Contact → Quote Notifications:

Each notification uses an email template that supports variables (customer name, quote number, product details, preview images). Templates are editable in the Konfiwear email editor.

💡 Tip: Customize your email templates with your brand logo, colors, and tone. Professional quote notifications build customer confidence and reduce support inquiries about order status.

SMTP Configuration

To use Brevo as your SMTP provider for all outgoing emails:

1. Go to Settings → Contact → SMTP Settings

2. Enter the Brevo SMTP credentials:

   • Host: smtp-relay.brevo.com

   • Port: 587

   • Username: Your Brevo login email

   • Password: Your Brevo SMTP key

3. Click Save and send a test email to verify
