How do I sign up for a subscription?

Do you offer a free trial? How does it work?

We currently do not offer a free trial, but you can start with our basic plan for 90€, which allows you to test the platform for one month and explore all its features.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time without penalties. Your access to the platform will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.

Are there any setup fees?

Konfiwear is a self-service platform, meaning you can create your own instance without additional setup fees. However, if you require custom configurations such as custom 3D models, branding, or integrations, we offer setup services at an additional cost. The price depends on the level of customization needed. Contact us at info@konfiwear.com with your requirements for a custom quote.

Can I switch between plans later? How does the upgrade/downgrade work?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through your account settings. Changes will take effect either immediately (for upgrades) or at the end of your current billing cycle (for downgrades).
